You are supposed to park it near the solar panel and then go into the menu and drag the icon over to the panel but the icon for bikes and gav and stuff do not show thats why i was asking when it was going to be fixed.

I get that it s not working but i can t even get it to show up on to let me drag it into the solar panel.
Power is not imemented yet.

You need to use the repair tool on the hab and select make public then the fabricator works etc do the same for barracks i just went round and made everything public when you click on solar panel it shows you its footprint of coverage area if you don t do this no solar power will go to hab and other items so from colony to public.
